Jeffrey Ng graduated from University of Waterloo in 2012 with a BASc, in Electrical engineering. As a licensed and practicing engineer with the PEO, he is currently employed at Stantec Consulting Ltd as the electrical discipline lead, managing the electrical buildings group in the Toronto office. Jeffrey played a role in the design and construction of University of Toronto's Goldring Centre for High Performance Sports and Jackman Law Building. Jeffrey also has experience in the healthcare, commercial and residential sector. Jeffrey enjoys the opportunity to teach his clients about the work he does so that everyone involved fully understands the implications of decisions made throughout a project's life span. His wide variety of experience allows him to bring a heightened expertise to his work as Jeffrey believes that lessons learned in one sector can translate to others. Jeffrey's reliability and dependability keep clients engaged and consistently satisfied.
Andrew Kidd is a consultant with McKinsey's Toronto office, serving high-tech and public sector clients. He is an EngSci 1T8+PEY, majoring in Engineering Physics with a minor in Economics. He won the 2016 UTEK and OEC parliamentary debate competitions with his partner Stephen - and promptly lost every other engineering debate competition he entered.
Stephen Xu is a consultant at McKinsey, where he spends most of his time on digital and analytics topics. He is an EngSci 1T8, majoring in Math, Stats, and Finance. He first started his debate career at UTEK in 2016 with his partner Andrew.
Gaby Waldman-Fried is a Technical Program Manager in Education at Autodesk, and is the dedicated technical resource for Education Accounts in the Eastern US. She partners with university customers to understand their technical and curricula challenges, and identifies how Autodesk products can help address these challenges. She demonstrates the value of Autodesk products, specifically Fusion 360, to grow their adoption in curriculum, research, and student projects. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Olin College of Engineering in 2015. She has been working at Autodesk for 2 years. Previously she worked as a Mechanical Engineer at various hardware start-ups in the Boston Area.
